Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted prior to 14 days from the date of the rental. Cancellations after 14 days will be charged the deposit, unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.

Trip cancellation coverage is available - ask your rental agent for fees.

Rental Requirements
Minimum Driver age of 25 years old.
Valid Driver’s License
Proper insurance coverage (comprehensive collision coverage which includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle).
Valid Credit Card

Rental Deposit
50% deposit required to confirm reservation
Visa or Master Card will be accepted for deposit.

Delivery Charges
Delivery available to all major airports. Delivery/Pickup charges are a minimum of $75.00. Charges will vary depending on location and times, so please call for a specific quote

Fuel Charges
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. Any vehicle returned short of a full tank will result in a charge for the cost of filling the tank, plus a refueling surcharge of $20.00.

Rental Rates

• 1-2 days = $110.00
• 3-6 days = $95.00
• 7–13 days = $ 85.00
• 14-29 days = $80.00

• Weekend rate = $195.00 - 250 free miles for weekend rental

Rates are subject to change without notice. These rates do not include applicable taxes. Weekend rentals are from Friday until Monday. Normal Business Hours are from 8am to 5pm

We are Wheelers of Wisconsin / Accessible Van Rentals. We conveniently have 4 locations: Valders, Madison, Eau Claire and Richfield , Wisconsin .

We have been servicing the Wisconsin mobility business for 35 years. Our rentals offer only the best modified vehicles. All vehicles can accommodate power wheelchairs and scooters.

Our Rental Vehicles

Our mini-vans include: Power Ramp Lowered floor Securement system for wheelchairs or scooters - Q-Straint Hand controls (upon request) 6-way power transfer seats for drivers (upon request) Remote Power doors Plush Interiors Front and Rear Air Conditioning Automatic Transmission Front passenger seat can be left in or taken out   The tie-downs that we use are Q-Straint "or Sure Lock". They are extremely easy to use - it may be helpful for you to watch the video prior to your arrival to assist you in the safe operation of the tie-downs. Wheelers experienced staff is also available to assist you with instructions and demonstration of the use of the tie-downs.

We provide new lowered floor Mini-Vans with power doors and ramps.
Full size vans based on availability.

CLEANING FEE

Renter will be assessed a cleaning fee if van requires more than routine cleaning (washing & vacuuming) when returned.

ALL RENTAL VANS ARE NON-SMOKING ($300 Clean up Fee for rentals that are smoked in).
