OUR RENTAL VEHICLES
Wheelers' vans are modified according to the recommendations and guidelines of The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). Our knowledgeable staff is available to demonstrate use of the adaptive features that insure safe and comfortable transportation.

The tie-downs that we use are Q-Straint. They are extremely easy to use – it may be helpful for you to watch the video prior to your arrival to assist you in the safe operation of the tie-downs. Wheelers experienced staff is also available to assist you with instructions and demonstration of the use of the tie-downs. |
RENTAL RATES
Minimum rental period
1-2 days $120.00
3-7 days $100.00
more than 7 days $80.00
Mileage: Rates include 100 miles per day, excess mileage is $0.25 per mile.
Insurance: Customer must have liability, comprehensive, and collision insurance which must cover the entire vehicle.The renter must be at least 21 years old.
Payment: Visa/Mastercard Only.
Other Fees: $75 re-fueling charge (if not returned full). |

FUEL CHARGES
Renters that do not refuel vans before returning will be charged $75 re-fueling charge.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum driver age of 21 years old
- Valid Credit card required for vehicle deposit
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of insurance
CLEANING FEE
Renter will be assessed a cleaning fee if van requires more than routine cleaning (washing & vacuuming) when returned.
